The Rezzy (Breeze Hill, Millenium Green) 2021

Millenium Green, Brezze Hill Walton. Locally known as The Rezzy, is the site of former emergency water reservoir which opened in 1897. It has a notable stone wall that is visible from Breeze Hill. This space was to provide and maintain an open space for the benefits of the local inhabitants and to be used forever as an area for informal recreational play and other leisure time activities. It was also an area for a meeting place and community events with the aim to give a general benefit for the community.

So 2021 Brighter Futures are being given the opportunity to start the redevelopment of The Rezzy to become a more community focused lead site. With the ideas starting from:

  • Community kitchen
  • Growing spaces
  • Activity and educational centre
  • Wildflower beds,
  • Bee and bug hotels ,
  • Walking track,
  • Café
  • Seating area,
  • Playground
  • Amphitheatre
